The minimum requirement for all Basic Certificate programs is a Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE) with at least four (D) passes or b) Relevant National Vocational Award (NVA) stage III qualification plus at least two passes obtained in the certificate of secondary education (CSE). c) Applicants for Basic Certificate in ICT must have four passes including Mathematics and English. |
